Privacy Policy

Who we are

Contactable is operated by ZGUY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, Australia (“we”). This policy covers the Contactable mobile apps, the Contactable WordPress plugin and this website.

Information we collect

Your account: your email address and a sign-in identifier from the sign-in provider you use (email, Google or Apple).

Your leads: when someone submits a contact form on a website you have connected, the plugin sends us the submitter's name, email address, phone number and message so we can show it to you in the app. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to receive these details from your website visitors.

Your devices: a push notification token for each device you use, so we can deliver lead alerts.

App usage and crashes: the apps use Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to measure usage and diagnose crashes.

This website: if you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you send. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service: to sign you in, deliver your leads and notifications, let you reply by email, provide support, keep the service secure and fix faults. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it

We use Google Firebase (authentication, push notifications, analytics and crash reporting) and Amazon Web Services (hosting of our servers) to provide Contactable. These providers process data on our behalf. When you share a lead by email, the lead details go to the address you choose. We do not otherwise disclose your information unless the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Account and lead data is stored in our database hosted on AWS. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and leads while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app. To ask for your data to be deleted or exported, or to correct it, email privacy@contactable.live.

Changes

We may update this policy and will publish the current version on this page.
