Who we are
Contactable is operated by ZGUY SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD, Australia (“we”). By using the Contactable apps, WordPress plugin or website you agree to these terms.
The service
Contactable delivers submissions from contact forms on websites you connect to your mobile device and lets you reply to them by email. The apps are currently free to download and use. We may change, add or remove features, and if we introduce paid features we will tell you before you are charged.
Your responsibilities
You must use Contactable lawfully and only connect websites you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure, and for the personal information of the people who submit your forms, including any notices or consents your local law requires.
Acceptable use
You must not use Contactable to send spam, to harass anyone, to interfere with the service or other users, or to attempt to access data that is not yours.
Availability
We work to keep Contactable running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Notifications depend on third-party networks and services and may be delayed or not delivered.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and we are not liable for lost leads, lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Ending your use
You can stop using Contactable and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
